Eligibility for Wholesale Account

You (“the retailer”) must have a physical shop, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of our products. Selling on third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon) and purchasing items for personal use is strictly prohibited.

All buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure they are a good fit and operate a legitimate business. Lucloset reserves the right to deny applications that are not appropriate or decline orders for any reason after approval.

By making wholesale purchases from Lucloset, retailers agree to these policies.

Pricing

All pricing shown on our website is in U.S. Dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified retailers who intend to resell our products online or in-store. Promotional or volume purchases do not automatically qualify for wholesale pricing but may be eligible for a custom discount upon request.

Additional Discounts

Because wholesale accounts already receive significant discounts, additional promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly offered during a promotion or agreed upon for high-volume orders under a separate contract. Orders using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Shipping

We ship all wholesale orders from our fulfillment facilities in the United States. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping cost.
